When you make a purchase, we collect:

• Delivery address (home delivery only)
• Order and payment information

The card information itself is handled by Stripe and Vipps. We do not store your card number.

3. Why we process the information

We process your personal data to:

• Complete the purchase and deliver the products (legal basis: agreement, GDPR Art. 6 No. 1 b)
• Send order confirmation and delivery information
• Verify identity when picking up at FK Fyllingsdalen
• Handling complaints and customer service
• Fulfill statutory requirements, including the Accounting Act (legal basis: legal obligation, GDPR art. 6 no. 1 c)

4. Who we share information with

We share necessary information with:

• FK Fyllingsdalen (org.nr. 997 748 689) — who distributes the products. They receive your name, phone number and delivery address in order to deliver, or your name and phone number to verify identity upon pickup.
• Stripe and Vipps — to make payments
• Public authorities where we are required to do so by law

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

5. How long we store the information

• Order and customer data is deleted when the purpose has been fulfilled and it is no longer necessary to store it.
• Accounting material is stored for 5 years in accordance with the Accounting Act.
• Data shared with FK Fyllingsdalen for delivery is deleted after delivery has been completed.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Get access to the information we have about you
• Get incorrect information corrected
• Request deletion of information (except for information we are legally required to store)
• Request restriction of processing
• Data portability — having the information provided in a machine-readable format
• Complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (datatilsynet.no) if you believe we are processing your information in violation of the regulations.
