Terms of purchase

1. The parties

Seller: AI Logistics AS, company registration number 936 971 857 ("we", "us").

Buyer is the person who places an order in the online store.

2. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to purchases in this online store in connection with advertised promotions. By ordering, you confirm that you are of legal age or have the consent of a guardian.

3. Product and price

Prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) incl. VAT unless otherwise stated. Description of content and delivery follows on campaign and product pages.

4. Ordering and agreement

The agreement is considered concluded when you have completed your order and we have sent you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders in the event of an obvious error in price or technical error.

5. Payment

Payment is made via Stripe or Vipps. We do not store full card details. The amount is charged upon completion of payment according to the selected method.

6. Delivery and collection

Delivery or collection will be as described in the campaign. FK Fyllingsdalen (corp. no. 997 748 689) can assist with distribution; necessary contact information will be shared at that time as described in the privacy policy.

Upon pickup, identification and order verification may be required.

7. Complaints and defects

If there are any defects in the product, please contact us at [email protected] without undue delay. We follow the rules of the Norwegian Purchase Act regarding complaints where these apply.

8. Right of withdrawal

For online consumer purchases, the right of withdrawal applies in principle according to the Withdrawal Period Act (14 days). For consumable goods that cannot be returned for hygienic or health reasons, or that have been unsealed after delivery, the right of withdrawal may be limited in accordance with the law. If in doubt, contact us before ordering.

9. Force majeure

We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Applicable law and disputes

The agreement is governed by Norwegian law. Complaints can be directed to us or to the Consumer Protection Authority / EU's complaint portal for cross-border disputes where applicable.
